Many buyers need help deciding what type of Battery to purchase, below we have created an easy to use guide to help you determine which battery is best for you!

STANDARD 36v/10AH - Most people are completely satisfied and it provides more than enough power and range, and it’s the most affordable option.Estimated Range: 15-30 miles.

LONG RANGE 36v/15AH - Best for trips over 20 miles or if you plan to pedal very little (or not at all). It can really come in handy to have excess capacity. Estimated Range: 22-45 miles.

POWERFUL 48v/10AH - Best for riders over 200 pounds and for overcoming steep hills or strong headwinds. This power makes it more fun and exciting to ride. Estimated Range: 20-40 miles.

PREMIUM 48v/15AH - This is the most popular option, it has all the power of the 48V 10Ah battery and the extended range of the 36V 15Ah. Estimated Range: 30-60 miles.

Order Confirmation:

Immediately after placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Should the item purchased be unavailable, not in stock or have a longer than usual lead time, a member of our team will reach out via phone or e-mail to find a probable solution.

Order Shipment:

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as the order is ready for shipping.

Please note, if you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a free quote, additional charges may apply to your shipment.

Damaged Shipment:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to  team@electricbikerevolution.com and we will process an exchange for the same item or return.

Damaged shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's policy.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing an order. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted if used or not in original packaging and new condition.

Please contact us first before returning any items. We accept returns if it meets the following requirements:

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of original order date.
• Must provide proof of purchase from ElectricBikeRevolution.com
• Must be brand new, never been used
• Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals, accessories and other included or bonus items).
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
• Buyer pays for return shipping.

Whether you are a new customer or a returning one; our mission is to not only offer you the best-in-class service but also the best prices online.

Should you find a lower price from another online-only dealer, we will refund you the difference within 30 days of the purchase date. Tell us which competitor is offering the lower price; we will verify the price and process your refund.

Warranties:

If you have any issues with your product, please send an email to our customer support team at team@electricbikerevolution.com and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer of your electric bike, part, or accessory.

What E-Bike Type is Best Suited For My Lifestyle?

This depends really on what you want to use your Electric Bike for. If you plan on using your E-Bike for simple trips to the store or a leisure ride down the block, a
Cruiser E-Bike is probably best. If you are using your E-Bike to travel to work, then a Commuter E-Bike might be best. 

It can also depend on your lifestyle and location. Do you live in an apartment? Consider a Folding E-Bike to help with limited space. Do you live out in the country or on a dirt road? A Fat Tire E-Bike or Mountain E-Bike might be a better choice for you. 

What is the Best Type of Motor/Battery Combo For Me?

This again will be determined by your needs and use of the E-Bike. Generally the higher the Motor Watts, the more powerful the motor is. The same is true for your battery; the higher the volts the more powerful the motor is and the longer it will last and farther it will go. We ship to all of the lower 48 states for FREE! For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for an estimated cost. We unfortunately, do not ship internationally at this time. 

Does My Electric Bike Come Fully Assembled?

This depends on the E-Bike Brand that you purchase. Although none of our E-Bikes come fully assembled, most come between 70%-80% assembled already. All Electric Bikes come with a comprehensive guide to help you finish the assembly process and some even come with the tools to help!

How Long will it Take to Recieve My E-Bike?

Our typical turn around is 4-10 business days. This can vary based on warehouse schedules, holidays, weekends, and many other factors. We will always keep you informed of where your E-Bike is in the shipping process. You can also check out our full Shipping and Returns policy as well.
